Shipping & Delivery

Delivery & tracking

Once payment is successfully made, LESLEY SUN Kuala Lumpur will process your order within 24 hours and will ship within the next 24 hours. Item will be delivered to your doorstep within the next 1-5 days depending on the courier service. LESLEY SUN Kuala Lumpur reserves the right to engage with the courier service of our choice.

Once your item is in the process of being pick up, you will receive a notification through email containing your order summary and courier tracking number. If you receive the notification email after 2pm, your parcel is likely to be scheduled for pick up on the next working day, therefore your tracking number may only be traceable after 10pm on the next working day.

Kindly track and locate your parcel with the courier service. LESLEY SUN Kuala Lumpur is not responsible for any unclaimed parcels and any additional costs for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.

If you are unable to track your parcel within the next 3-5 working days after receiving your notification email, kindly contact LESLEY SUN Kuala Lumpur customer care at admin@lesleysun.com

 

Restock/Preorder Item

Due to popular demand, most of our sold out items are available to restock or back order. Buyers who have purchased restock item alongside a ready stock item will receive the stock item first.  All delivery lead time for backorder items are subject to production capacity and availability. Kindly refer to each products individual page for estimated delivery on restock item or contact LESLEY SUN Kuala Lumpur customer care for restock item delivery advice.  Do not place order on restock item if buyer is expecting an urgent delivery of item.

As for PREORDER items, we do NOT allow any refund but may ONLY allowed for exchange to store credits.

 

Shipping Fee

Our shipping fee is as follows:-

Local Shipping: Pos Laju & GDex are our preferred courier service. All shipping are waived for all items ordered within the country of Malaysia. 

International Shipping:

If other services than pos laju/gdex are requested, extra charges would be applied accordingly.

 

For all Singaporean Customers who may have purchased Pre-order items or items that may not arrived in time to our store due to unforeseen circumstances, We apologize & would prefer to ensure all items are favorably posted all at once to you. We are truly thankful for your utmost understanding & great patience.
