LESLEY SUN Kuala Lumpur allow exchange on sold items based on the following terms & condition.
LESLEY SUN Kuala Lumpur provides exchange for all items, except for Sale items and Items that are specified not returnable.
All items returned for exchange MUST be in new and original condition with label/tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered. LESLEY SUN Kuala Lumpur reserves the rights to reject return request that does not meet the above criteria. Returns that does not meet the above-mentioned criterias will be strictly declined and forfeited.
All returns MUST be attached with the Purchase Invoice. Please contact LESLEY SUN Kuala Lumpur customer care if Purchase Invoice is lost.
LESLEY SUN Kuala Lumpur’s customer care department will get in touch with buyer once return item is received. Exchange will be processed once the return item is received and notification will be sent through email. The exchange process after receipt of return item would normally take 2-3 working days.
All returns are strictly under buyer’s responsibility until it reaches LESLEY SUN Kuala Lumpur . Buyer shall keep the courier tracking number at all times to track and locate the parcel before it reaches LESLEY SUN Kuala Lumpur.
(i) Return of unsatisfactory item
Items that are returned with the following reason will be deemed under the Return of Unsatisfactory Item category and therefore all return and exchange shipping costs (both ways) will be borne by buyer:-
- Size doesn't fit buyer.
NOTE: PERSONAL PREFERENCES such as (ie. Style/Design/etc. not suitable) reasonings are NOT ALLOWED for exchange or refund once purchased.
If the return/purchased item is out of stock in other size(s)/colour(s), buyer can choose to exchange for other item with equivalent value or top up the difference for higher value item. Otherwise, buyer can choose to convert item value into store credit for future purchase with LESLEY SUN Kuala Lumpur. Strictly no cash refund is allowed.
Each purchased item is only entitled to one (1) time return and exchange process. The exchanged item is not eligible for another time of return and exchange.
(*All item colour may vary subject to studio lighting. There may be slight color variation in actual item vs item image. Colour may appear darker or lighter and will not be considered defective. Actual item measurement may vary from 1cm to 2cm in measurement subject to different material quality and measurement method and will not be considered defective. Compare our size guide measurement with your existing apparel for a more accurate fit.)
(i) Return of Defective Item
Items that are returned with the following reason(s) will be deemed under the Return of Defective Item category and therefore all return and exchange shipping costs (both ways) will be borne by LESLEY SUN Kuala Lumpur:-
- Torn item
- Stained item (stain size equivalent or larger than 20 cents coin.)
All defective items must be verified by LESLEY SUN Kuala Lumpur before processing for exchange.
If the return/purchased item is out of stock in other size(s)/colour(s), buyer can choose to exchange for other item with equivalent value or top up the difference for higher value item. Otherwise, buyer can choose to retain store credit for future purchase with LESLEY SUN Kuala Lumpur. Strictly no cash refund is allowed.
For returns due to any other reason(s) that are not listed above, please contact LESLEY SUN Kuala Lumpur customer care for further assistance. LESLEY SUN Kuala Lumpur reserves the rights to reject any return request that does not meet our return policy criteria.
**For all Singaporean Customers who may have purchased Pre-order items or items that may not arrived in time to our store due to unforeseen circumstances, We apologize & would prefer to ensure all items are favorably posted all at once to you.
